程序需要用到VBPCAP.DLL，这个文件感觉有些问题，程序每次退出时VB会崩溃，整个源代码功能上还是不错，给大家参考下。
方法:
1. 下载 Winpcap 3.1 完毕先安装

2. 下载packet.dll和vbpcap.dll 1.0.3把俩个文件copy去c:\windows\system32

我开始也碰到这个问题，后来不知道怎么又可以了，呵呵，我说下我的过程，但不一定能解决。1.先在窗体放置一个微软的 winsock 控件 2.安装 WinPcap 3.1及以上的版本
-This is a web-based capture to capture the source code to support the application layer packet capture analysis. Program is based on third-party components VBPCAP.DLL. Support real-time capture, IPV4 header, Ethernet header, frame header for analysis. Test based on the current LAN, wireless network card can not seem to capture, are being studied.
Program requires VBPCAP.DLL, feeling some of the problems in this file, VB will exit the program crashes every time, the entire function source code is good for everyone to refer to.
Method:
1 download is complete install Winpcap 3.1
